1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Member," or "Player") and wk8ph (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the wk8ph website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services provided by wk8ph, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of Services, or forfeiture of account balance pending verification. Users acknowledge that wk8ph may refuse service to any individual who fails to satisfy verification requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming Services on wk8ph, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Each User may maintain only one (1) account with wk8ph. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with such accounts.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, Users will establish login credentials consisting of a username and password. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. wk8ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence in safeguarding credentials. Users must immediately notify wk8ph of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

Users warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Users must promptly update their account information to reflect any changes. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Funding Your Account

wk8ph supports multiple payment methods for account deposits, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and other payment channels as made available on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are established by wk8ph and may vary by payment method. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Processing

While wk8ph endeavors to process deposits instantly or within minutes, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and factors beyond wk8ph's control, including payment processor delays or banking system maintenance. wk8ph is not liable for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

4.3 Deposit Limits

wk8ph may, at its discretion, impose deposit limits on User accounts for responsible gaming purposes or compliance with applicable regulations. Users may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings. Once established, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately; requests for limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period as determined by wk8ph responsible gaming policies.

5. Withdrawals and Cashouts

Users may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, wagering conditions, and these Terms. 5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by wk8ph. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

While wk8ph strives to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours, processing times may extend to 24 to 72 hours depending on verification requirements, payment method, withdrawal amount, and other factors. wk8ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks or request further documentation before approving withdrawals, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours or during weekends and holidays may experience delays.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses, promotions, or deposit amounts. Users must satisfy all wagering conditions before withdrawal requests can be approved. wk8ph reserves the right to reverse or cancel withdrawals that violate these Terms, including withdrawals associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

wk8ph may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to Users from time to time. Participation in Bonuses is voluntary, and acceptance of any Bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that Bonus. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

wk8ph maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Users to exploit Bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that wk8ph determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes abuse of promotional offers. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have Bonuses forfeited, associated winnings voided, and accounts closed.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play and abide by the rules of each game available on the Platform. Use of automated systems, bots, software exploits, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. wk8ph reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts of Users found engaging in cheating, collusion, or other unfair practices.

7.2 Irregular Play Patterns

wk8ph employs monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations. If irregular patterns are detected, wk8ph may suspend the account pending investigation, request additional information from the User, and take corrective action including voiding bets and confiscating winnings if violations are confirmed.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and game sessions are void, and affected wagers will be refunded to User accounts. wk8ph is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond refunding affected bets. Users experiencing technical issues during gameplay should immediately contact customer support and cease playing until the issue is resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wk8ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of wk8ph or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wk8ph, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if wk8ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply in full.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary closure of their wk8ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, wk8ph will process any pending withdrawals and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Account balances must be withdrawn prior to closure; wk8ph is not responsible for funds remaining in closed accounts beyond reasonable retrieval periods.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

wk8ph reserves the right to close or suspend any User account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular play patterns, chargebacks, or at wk8ph's sole discretion. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, wk8ph may forfeit any remaining account balance and winnings. Where closure is not due to User misconduct, remaining account balances will be returned to the User following standard withdrawal procedures.
